Each project you create on Trailstep includes a selected playbook. You can mark tasks as complete, view your progress across steps, and keep track of what’s been done and what’s next. After finishing a playbook, your project enters observation mode so you can track results and reflect on outcomes.
Not yet, but team features are coming soon. In the future, you’ll be able to invite collaborators to your projects, assign tasks, and share progress inside Trailstep. For now, you can manually share progress outside the platform.
